10-11:30
Your Doctors office will supply you with a list of acceptable protein shakes. According to my doctor, your shakes should be under 200 calories, 5g fat or less, under 20g carbs and AT LEAST 20 g protein.
examples: Body Fortress-Whey Isolate(Make sure it is isolate as it dissolves better and is easier to digest.) Get from Walmart-In my area it is also the best value, GNC Total Lean 25 Shake
