Hello!

Choose an exposure mode; i.e. Program, Aperture priority, Shutter priority, or manual exposure. Adjust settings accordingly for ISO, Aperture, and Shutter speed as necessary depending on mode chosen.

Frame your composition so that the elements in the photograph are in a pleasing arrangement and lead the viewers eye through the image.

Check the framing for any distracting elements or unnecessary items, i.e. power lines, trees growing out of peoples heads, photo-bombers, etc.

Check the exposure once more, and check your framing/composition one more time.

Make your exposure and review for the desired outcome on your cameras LCD.
