Stretch for 1-2 min. Top to bottom.
For 10 minutes. Do some push-ups, crunches, shadowbox in the mirror. Whatever your fitness level allows. Try to get better everyday! Make the bed after.
Quick shower: scrub, lather, rinse. Head to toe. Brush, floss, deodorant.
Take your time on this. Think about the day (weather, activities, etc). Dress to impress. Put on some perfume/cologne, your watch etc.
Get some breakfast. A shake, a bar, whatever. Start the engine. Some coffee/tea/water. Catch up on the news of the day.
The world is yours. Act like it.
