Sort by YEAR

Fill in the Card

Add tally marks

add 1 mark for each receipt

Add up Amounts

Add up the amounts of all receipts BY YEAR

Complete the Total Amt column on the card

Put behind file tab labeled with same year

• Sort by year
• Tally # per year
• Add total amt by year
• Complete card
• File behind year tab
• Put back in bin
