Find a reason to laugh or smile.
Drink coffee, take medications, sit up & breathe deeply, live in the now. This very moment. Do not think of future or past. Live right this second with a smile. Most importantly, do not do anything else until you get your mind frame right!
Afterwards, be epic. You have the ability to be the hero of your own story. Be the reason someone else smiles today too.
