Put your V60 or Kalita on your pitcher. Heat water to 95 degrees centigrade. Give the paperfilter a good rinse with hot water. Remove the rinsing water
Grind your coffee beans to a medium grind setting. Add 16 grams of coffee and tare your scale. Have your boiling water ready.
Pour 30 grams water to create the bloom. Gently stir without touching the filter.
With a circular motion add 70 grams of water. Avoid pouring on the filter.
Pour in 50 grams of water
Repeat 50 gram pour
Pour the last 50 grams into the brew
Make another and enjoy your morning!
