  • 4 Cups
    Tomatoes
  • 1
    Sweet Onion
  • 4
    Garlic Cloves
  • 2 Cups
    Chicken Broth
  • 2 TBSP
    Ghee
  • 2 TBSP
    Tapioca Flour
  • To Taste
    Salt

Everybody In!

Put a large pot on the stove. Medium Heat.

Put tomatoes, onions, garlic and chicken broth into the pot.

Bring to a boil.

Let it *GENTLY* boil for 25 minutes.

Remove from heat. Use an emulsion blender or food mill to create a smooth liquid.

Heat(Medium) a second pan or place liquid into a bowl and use the pot.

Melt Ghee.

Slowly add Tapioca flour to Ghee while stirring with a metal whisk.

Once the complete mixture of Ghee and Flour has turned light to medium brown, slowly add liquid tomato mixture. Stirring constantly.

Add salt to taste.
