  • Flour
    1 1/2 cups
  • Sugar
    2 tablespoons
  • Butter
    1 stick
  • Water
    1/4 cup
  • Salt
    1/4 tsp
  • MIlk
    1-2 tablespoons
  • Dry Substance
    1/8 cup or a couple of tablespoons
  • Liquid
    1 tablespoon
  • Chocolate chips
    1/2 cup
  • your favorite cheeses and dips

Preheat oven to 180°C

Basic Biscuits

In a small food processor, mix flour, salt, and sugar. This clears of any lumps

You can also put it in a sifter

Mix in butter

Pulse until the butter is the size of peas.

Carefully add milk and water

Add more flour if mixture becomes too wet.

Add your ingredients and lightly pulse

Scoop out balls of dough with a 1 inch ice-cream scoop on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper

Bake in a 180 degree oven for 5-6 minutes or until edges are golden brown

Remove the baking sheet from the oven and leave to cool slightly

Remove biscuits with a knife and leave to cool on a wire rack
